Lanabu Vintage will not refund towards orders marked as delivered with a Royal Mail / courier tracking number and proof of postage. Lanabu Vintage will also not be responsible for any parcels missing where a third party has been nominated by you to accept the parcel on your behalf. It is also your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Please check all details before payment.
Lanabu Vintage is happy to offer refunds for all full price online purchases. Please email lanabu.vintage@.com within 7 days of you receiving the item to request a refund. All original Lanabu tags must still be attached for a refund to be accepted.
All sales are final on discounted items and non-refundable.
All sales at markets / pop ups / external events are sold as seen and non-refundable. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly before committing to your purchase.
You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to Lanabu safely. Once we have received the item back and it’s been checked we will refund you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs or we are also happy to offer a credit to be used on the website.
Lanabu does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges or local sales tax.
Lanabu does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries. Please check with your local authority before committing to purchase.
In the event of a dispute it will be determined by the courts of England and Wales
