Shipping policy

Customs Fees: Custom charges may apply on international purchases, the customer is responsible for paying these charges. If custom fees are unpaid and the order is returned to us the buyer will only be refunded 80% of the order value due to admin fees. Returns will not be accepted based off of unpaid import fees.

Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is unclaimed by the customer and returned to Lanabu Vintage, we will reach out to the customer twice: if the customer does not respond, we will refund the customer 90% of the order amount. The customer must pay for shipping again if an order is returned to us.
